Return Process

  Log into your HAC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
